Xander's lack of understanding took the better of him in a situation like this.
He glanced around wildly. It was nearly unimaginable to think he'd missed all of this chaos on his way here, but now that he'd arrived, everything had set in. Tenfold.
He glanced around nervously and in a panicked stupor, the only thing clutched in his hands that might have some way of protecting him being a bible.

He stared at him for a moment, like he was thinking about it, on one hand helping someone was a good thing, but on the other it would be a bother. After a little while she nodded once shraply, "Fine, just don't be a pansy." He slid down form the window, "You got any place to crash in town?"
